UGC NET December 2025 Political Science Exam Date Announced; Check Shift and Schedule Details
NTA Confirms Subject-wise Schedule – Political Science Exam on 06 January 2026
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially released the subject-wise schedule for the UGC NET December 2025 examination, scheduled to be held between 31 December 2025 and 07 January 2026 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
As per the detailed timetable provided in Annexure-I of the public notice dated 17 December 2025, the Political Science paper will be conducted on 06 January 2026.
UGC NET Political Science Exam Date & Shift
Candidates appearing for Political Science (Subject Code 002) must note the following schedule:

The exam will be conducted in the first shift along with other subjects scheduled for the morning session.

NTA has notified that:
- The City Intimation Slip will be uploaded 10 days prior to the examination date
- The Admit Card will be released separately
