UGC NET December 2025 MBA / Management Exam Date Announced – Check Shift & Timing
NTA Schedules Management Paper on 07 January 2026 in Morning Shift
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the detailed subject-wise timetable for the UGC NET December 2025 examination, to be held from 31 December 2025 to 07 January 2026 in Computer Based Test (CBT) mode.
According to the official schedule published in Annexure-I of the public notice dated 17 December 2025, the Management / Business Administration paper, commonly chosen by candidates with MBA or related qualifications, will be conducted on 07 January 2026.
MBA / Management Exam Date & Shift Details
Candidates appearing for the Management subject must follow the official timing:
- Subject Name: Management / Business Administration
- Paper Category: Management and Related Business Subjects
- Exam Date: 07 January 2026
- Shift: Shift-I (Morning Session)
- Exam Timing: 09:00 AM to 12:00 PM
The Management paper will be held alongside Economics, Public Administration, Population Studies, Linguistics, Buddha/Jaina/Gandhian/Peace Studies, Ayurveda Biology and Pali subjects listed in the same shift.
Exam Mode & Paper Structure
- Mode: Computer Based Test (CBT)
- Duration: 180 minutes (3 hours)
- Format: Multiple Choice Questions (MCQs)
- Negative Marking: As per NTA guidelines
City Intimation & Admit Card Updates
As per NTA, the following will be released before the exam:
- City Intimation Slip: 10 days prior to the exam
- Admit Card: will be uploaded separately later
