The Indira Gandhi National Open University has extended the application deadline for the January 2026 admission cycle for its online programmes. Earlier, the last date to apply was February 28, 2026. Now, eligible candidates can submit their applications until March 15, 2026.

The extension applies only to online programmes and does not include certificate courses or semester-based programmes. Students who were unable to complete their application earlier now have another opportunity to apply through the official admission portal:
