The National Testing Agency (NTA) has released the OMR answer sheets, recorded responses, and provisional answer keys for the All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE) 2026. Candidates who appeared in the entrance exam can now check their responses and challenge the answer key through the official portal.

The facility will remain available till February 14, 2026, and candidates must submit challenges within the deadline by paying the prescribed fee.
AISSEE 2026 Exam Overview
The All India Sainik Schools Entrance Examination (AISSEE) 2026 was conducted by the National Testing Agency on January 18, 2026, in paper-pen mode for admission to Sainik Schools across India.
The exam is conducted for admission to Class VI and Class IX in Sainik Schools for the academic session 2026–27. Through AISSEE, eligible candidates can secure admission to Sainik Schools that prepare students for defence services and provide quality residential education.

- Fee: ₹100 per recorded response challenged
- Mode of Payment: Debit card, credit card, net banking, or UPI
- Last Date: February 14, 2026
- The fee is non-refundable.
NTA will verify all representations from the actual records and update data if challenges are found valid.
AISSEE 2026 Provisional Answer Key Released
Along with OMR sheets, the NTA has also released the provisional answer key of AISSEE 2026. Candidates can review the answer key and estimate their probable scores.

Challenges will be reviewed by subject experts. If found correct, the answer key will be revised accordingly.
Important Guidelines for Candidates
- No challenge will be accepted without payment of the processing fee.
- Challenges will be verified by subject experts appointed by NTA.
- The final answer key will be prepared after reviewing objections.
- Result will be declared based on the revised final answer key.
- Individual candidates will not be informed about acceptance or rejection of challenges.
- No grievance regarding answer keys will be entertained after the result declaration.
The decision of subject experts regarding challenges will be final and binding.

- Login using application number and password.
- Click on “Click to View/Challenge Answer Key.”
- Select the answer option to challenge.

After successful payment, claims will be submitted for review.
What Happens After Answer Key Challenge
After the challenge window closes, the National Testing Agency will review all objections submitted by candidates. If challenges are found correct, the answer key will be updated. The final answer key will then be used to prepare and declare the AISSEE 2026 results.
