The National Testing Agency (NTA) has officially opened the CUET UG 2026 application process for admission to undergraduate programmes in Central Universities and participating State, Deemed, and Private Universities for the academic session 2026–27. As per the CUET (UG) 2026 Information Bulletin, the online application window will remain open from January 3 to January 30, 2026 (up to 11:50 PM).

CUET UG 2026 will be conducted as a Computer-Based Test (CBT) in 13 languages across India and abroad, offering a single-window opportunity for candidates seeking admission to multiple universities through one entrance examination.

CUET UG 2026 Important Application Dates

CUET UG 2026 Fee Structure (Category-Wise)

Candidates can choose up to a maximum of five subjects, including languages and the General Test. The application fee depends on the number of subjects selected.

Fee for Up to 3 Subjects

  • General (UR): ₹1000
  • OBC-NCL / EWS: ₹900
  • SC / ST / PwD / Third Gender: ₹800
  • Centres Outside India: ₹4500

Fee for Each Additional Subject

  • General (UR): ₹400 per subject
  • OBC-NCL / EWS: ₹375 per subject
  • SC / ST / PwD / Third Gender: ₹350 per subject
  • Centres Outside India: ₹1800 per subject

The fee must be paid online through Credit Card, Debit Card, Net Banking, or UPI.

Application Correction Window

NTA will open a one-time correction window from February 2 to February 4, 2026, allowing candidates to rectify certain details in their submitted application forms. Editing options will be limited, and no changes will be allowed after the correction window closes.
