What Happens After the Challenge Process

All objections will be reviewed by a panel of subject experts. If a challenge is found valid:

The answer key will be revised
The correction will be applied to all candidates

If objections are not valid, the original answer will remain unchanged. The final answer key released after review will be binding, and no further grievances will be entertained.

Result Preparation After Final Answer Key

NTA will prepare the NIFT 2026 result based on the final revised answer key. Candidates will not receive individual communication regarding acceptance or rejection of their objections.

After results are declared, shortlisted candidates will proceed to the next admission stages such as Situation Test Studio Test or Interview depending on the programme.
