CUET PG 2026 Registration Extended Till January 20: NTA Gives Fresh Opportunity to Aspirants
The National Testing Agency (NTA) has extended the last date to apply for Common University Entrance Test Postgraduate (CUET PG) 2026, giving relief to candidates who were unable to complete the application process earlier. As per the latest official notice, students can now submit their CUET PG 2026 online application form till January 20, 2026, up to 11:50 PM.
Earlier, the registration deadline was January 14, 2026. However, after receiving multiple requests from candidates, NTA decided to extend the application window to allow more students to complete their registrations.
NTA Official Statement on CUET PG 2026 Extension
In its official notice, NTA stated:
“The National Testing Agency (NTA) is in receipt of various representations from candidates to extend the last date for submission of the online application form for CUET (PG) 2026. Therefore, NTA informs all candidates that the last date for submission of the online application form for CUET (PG) 2026 has been extended to 20 January 2026 (up to 11:50 P.M.), enabling aspiring candidates to complete their application forms.”
This extension provides a final opportunity for eligible candidates who missed the earlier deadline due to technical issues or other reasons.

Candidates must ensure that both the application form and examination fee payment are completed before the deadline. Applications without successful fee payment will not be accepted.
