The National Testing Agency (NTA) has not yet announced the release date and time for the UGC NET Admit Card 2025 for the December session. Candidates who have registered for the University Grants Commission National Eligibility Test (UGC NET) are advised to keep checking the official website ugcnet.nta.nic.in for the latest updates regarding the hall ticket.
The UGC NET December 2025 examination will be conducted from December 31, 2025, to January 7, 2026, in Computer-Based Test (CBT) mode.
UGC NET Admit Card 2025: Latest Update
As per the latest official information, the UGC NET Admit Card 2025 has not been released yet. The NTA has also not confirmed the exact date and time of the hall ticket release. Once issued, candidates will be able to download the admit card only through the official portal.
The admit card will contain crucial details such as the exam date, shift timing, exam centre address, candidate details, and important instructions.

- Exam Duration: 3 hours
There is no negative marking for incorrect answers in the UGC NET examination.
Medium of Question Paper
The medium of the UGC NET question paper will be:
- English and Hindi for all subjects
- Except for language papers, which will be conducted in the respective language only

The examination will be conducted in two shifts each day:
- First Shift: 9:00 AM to 12:00 Noon
